Job Summary
Works to achieve the day-to-day objectives for the Catalog and Curriculum team. Under the supervision of the Assistant Registrar, serves as an entry-level professional contributor on smaller, less complex projects and assignments related to the review and audits of course information, resulting in modification of the Banner Course Catalog. Utilizes the course workflow system to review and process course proposal requests.
Serves a key role in communicating with stakeholders within the Office of the Registrar and across campus regarding course impact.

- Bachelor’s degree
- One (1) year of experience in administrative or customer service roles
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently under general supervision, make sound judgments and show initiative
- Must understand, interpret and apply University regulations
- Ability to understand the policies and procedures used in the various schools, campuses, and locations for all Purdue University programs
- Able to work in a team environment with a large and diverse staff
- Ability to coordinate workflow, multi-task, meet multiple deadlines at a quality level, implement efficient procedures, work under pressure, remain composed under stressful situations, and demonstrate professionalism
- Two to three years of prior relevant university experience
- Experience with Banner, Cognos, and Excel
Anticipated annual salary: $40,400 – $45,000, commensurate with education and experience. The final salary offer will be determined based on factors including equity, budget, and relevant experience.
