What They're Looking For

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Experience leading commercial projects within healthcare, higher education, industrial, office, or mixed-use construction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
