Multimedia Graphic Designer

Dearing Group is looking for a Multimedia Graphic Designer with strong graphic design skills across print and digital. This is first and foremost a graphic design role, but we’re also looking for someone who brings an additional skill set to the table—either web design or motion graphics.

We’re a small team, which means every person’s strengths help shape our work. If your foundation is in graphic design but you also have experience designing intuitive web layouts or animating motion graphics, that’s a bonus. You’ll collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and developers to create work that spans print, digital, and video.

• Graphic Design First: Create visually compelling designs that bring brand stories to life across print, digital, and marketing materials.
• Print & Digital Design: Design brochures, ads, sales materials, social media graphics, and other marketing assets, ensuring consistency across formats.
• Web Design (if applicable): Apply your design skills to build websites using page builder tools—crafting layouts that are both visually engaging and user-friendly.
• Motion Graphics (if applicable): Animate graphics for video, signage, and interactive content.

• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work, with additional experience in web design or motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects if motion graphics is your thing).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

This position is NOT remote, it is in-person at our agency in West Lafayette, Indiana.
