Job Summary:

The Coordinator of Program Research and Design will support the development and implementation of division-wide programs and resources for student support. The primary responsibility is to gather data and resources to inform program development, manage the development of programs, and assess program efficacy and student engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Collaborate in the creation of holistic educational resources for division-wide programmatic efforts available to students.
  • Maintain collaboration with the Office of Instructional Design for the development of online courses and materials.
  • Ensure all modules and resources for division-wide programs are kept current.
  • Identify gaps in current programs and resources, understand the landscape of programs offered by companies in this sphere, and independently gather research supporting program development.
  • Engage in program evaluation to refine future content.
  • Develop and assess formative and summative program evaluations.
  • Collate program assessment data for divisional reporting.
  • Meet regularly with various student organizations to facilitate engagement with programs.
  • Present program materials to student organizations.
  • Continue engagement with student groups to promote the efficacy and usefulness of modules and resources for division-wide programs.
What We’re Looking For Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Six (6) years of experience in program development, preferably for college students.
  • Experience creating materials for digital distribution.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Brightspace or other educational platforms.
Skills Needed:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on a team.
  • Proficiency in positively interacting with college students.
  • Experience in program development for college students.
