Job Description:

The Athletic Training Program Coordinator supports the Program Director in all operational and administrative aspects of the Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT) program . Key responsibilities include coordinating clinical site agreements and tracking student placement data, leading marketing and prospective student outreach, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting events across international partnerships, multi-campus locations, and alumni relations .

• Manage clinical agreements, safety requirements, and track student hours and progress using the Typhon software
• Run open houses, social media, and prospective student outreach to promote the program
• Coordinate graduation, scholarships, alumni events, fundraising, and interprofessional learning events
• Maintain relationships with international partner universities and coordinate joint events between the West Lafayette and Indianapolis campuses

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–3 years of experience in program administration, higher education, student services, clinical education coordination, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong communication skills

• Proven discretion and ability to exercise independent judgment

• Purdue will not sponsor employment authorization for this position
• A background check will be required for employment in this position
• FLSA:
  Exempt (Not Eligible For Overtime)
