Learning and Development Specialist

Conduent is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and improve learning programs that build capabilities across global teams. In this role, you will assess training needs, create blended learning content, and manage LMS-based programs that support digital transformation and client delivery. You will partner with leaders and subject-matter experts to develop role-based curricula, track learning metrics, and refine programs using data and feedback.

Ideal candidates bring experience in corporate L&D, strong instructional design skills, and comfort working in a performance-driven, innovative environment supporting large government and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs across business units supporting government and commercial clients.
• Design and develop blended learning programs, including digital, virtual, and instructor-led content.
• Configure, manage, and optimize learning paths and programs within the LMS.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate complex processes into engaging training.
• Measure learning effectiveness using data, dashboards, and feedback to improve programs.
• Support onboarding and role-based curricula for operations, technology, and client service teams.
• Align learning initiatives with performance goals, compliance requirements, and transformation projects.
• Manage L&D project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
