Purdue University is seeking a Microelectronics Research Intern to support the Purdue Applied Research Institute's initiatives during the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters. This internship will focus on advancing semiconductor packaging and cooling solutions relevant to next-generation microelectronics systems.
The intern will work on campus, gaining hands-on lab experience and collaborating with university faculty and state-of-the-art facilities. Applicants must be enrolled undergraduate students at Purdue University in relevant STEM disciplines.
