Position Summary

What you’ll be doingAs an Assembly & Test Engineer, you will provide manufacturing support to the larger Operations Assembly and Test activities. This role operates within the Defense Manufacturing, Assembly & Test (MA&T) Team and works across the full product and service life cycle to ensure delivery of product to internal plan, meeting commitments to customers in original equipment production and MRO. The role will drive long‑term improvements in quality, cost and delivery through engagement with key stakeholders.
- Ensuring performance of preventive maintenance program for equipment and tools
- Interfacing with suppliers providing service to equipment
- Creating manufacturing work orders, work plans, test plans and test procedures
- Specifying tooling used for assembly and test
- Providing support to test engineering in the conduct of fuel system component testing
- Ensuring calibration of tools and test instrumentation is up to date
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively
- Committed to maintaining quality standards and procedures by following quality systems
- Capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and learning
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of tools and equipment to support daily operations
- Maintains a high level of accountability and professionalism
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate preferred

Pay Range$75,640 - $79,422 annually
