• Design custom machinery and mechanical systems from the ground up
• Collaborate directly with shop floor teams to bring designs to life

• Mechanical Design experience (machinery, equipment, or custom systems preferred)
• Strong 3D CAD skills (Solid Works highly preferred)
• Understanding of machining, fabrication, and real‑world manufacturing
• Someone who wants to be hands‑on, not just behind a desk

• $85,000 – $130,000 base (based on experience)
