Position: Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in West Lafayette, IN

A public school in West Lafayette, IN is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite therapeutic services to students. This contract position involves working directly with students to support their communication development and delivering exceptional care tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students in a public school setting
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate documentation and digital records in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Utilize technology effectively for communication, assessment, and reporting tasks
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
Qualifications
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for a minimum of 1 year
  • Active professional licensure as an SLP
  • At least 1 year of experience working with IEPs in a school environment
  • Self-driven with a strong commitment to positively impacting student outcomes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with technology including digital paperwork and troubleshooting digital platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
