Perform nightly audit functions while delivering guest service at the front desk;
Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, process reservations, and respond to inquiries;
Maintain accuracy of cash drawer at shift start and end;
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests and prepare express checkouts;
Communicate shift information to Front Office Manager and desk staff; coordinate with other departments to ensure service quality
