• Guide restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences, using your own leadership style to keep service flowing smoothly
• Support operational rhythms without rigid oversight, helping the team stay aligned while allowing room for flexibility and creative problem-solving
• Lead daily leadership tasks — including financials, payroll, and scheduling — with the autonomy to adapt approaches that work best for your team
• Build a guest-first culture by coaching and developing your team in ways that feel natural, collaborative, and supportive
• Navigate challenges with agility, adjusting plans as needed in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Partner with kitchen and service teams to create seamless, relaxed, and enjoyable dining experiences for guests and staff alike

• A genuine passion for hospitality and a positive, uplifting presence
• A desire to mentor and grow future leaders in a supportive, flexible environment
• Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfort adapting to changing situations and guiding your team through them with confidence
• Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
