• Perform high‑precision micro‑soldering, re‑balling, and SMT‑level rework on prototype PCBs
• Diagnose and resolve board‑level faults using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and test benches
• Rapidly execute hardware ECOs, manage lab tools, and maintain reflow ovens
• Document issues with failure photos, trace captures, and update test logs
• Collaborate with design engineers to debug and improve prototype performance

• Expertise in 0201 micro‑soldering, SMT rework, and board repair
• Hands‑on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, reflow ovens, and microscopes
• Precision‑focused, detail‑oriented approach to board troubleshooting
• Electrical Engineering degree OR strong portfolio demonstrating hardware lab expertise

• IPC/WHMA, J‑STD‑001, or similar technician certifications
• Experience with low‑power IoT, wearables, or early prototyping
• Familiarity with AOI or X‑ray inspection for fine‑pitch PCBs

• Base salary:
