We’re currently hiring for a Housekeeper to join the team in West Lafayette, IN! As the Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our spaces remain clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You’ll be responsible for maintaining common areas, preparing units for new residents, and contributing to an exceptional living environment.
Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning of common areas including office, clubhouse, kitchen, laundry rooms, elevators, and hallways.
- Prepare vacant units by thoroughly cleaning appliances, floors, fixtures, cabinets, windows, and more.
- Walk the property daily to inspect for cleanliness, safety, and maintain great curb appeal.
- Clean and tidy occupied units as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.
- Assist with trash pick-up and help maintain a clean and safe community.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any necessary orders to the General Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Build positive relationships with residents by offering a friendly greeting and maintaining a professional, helpful presence.
- Report any unusual conditions or maintenance issues to the General Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assist in organizing and cleaning corporate units, turnovers, and make‑ready units.
- Follow company procedures regarding safety and emergencies, attending training and meetings as required.

- A minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in residential properties, rental operations or related business operations.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain quality relationships.
- Attention to accuracy and quality; looks for ways to improve and innovate.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Proficient in working with technology and adaptable to online systems.
- Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training.
- Competitive salary of $17 / hour.
