Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Engineer to join our team, working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

• Perform general facilities maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and building system issues.
• Assist with preventative maintenance activities.
• Support operation and maintenance of cooling towers, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), heat pumps, manual VAV systems, and Building Management System.
• Respond to maintenance requests as needed.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Assist with maintaining a safe and efficient facility environment.

This is a Contract position based out of West Lafayette, IN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
