POSITIONOVERVIEW
The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non‑certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role is intended for candidates interested in pursuing training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
- Assist with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
- Provide great customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights in a timely manner, checking in with residents frequently, and assisting with engagement in activities.
- Assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
- Attend and participate in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
- High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
- 0–1 Years of relevant experience preferred.
