About the RoleWe are hiring Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Associates (PA) to practice relationship‑based medicine at the top of your license. You will offer holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education, while working autonomously with a company that values patients, ingenuity, courage, community, and fun.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services, ranging from routine wellness care to urgent visits, within an interdisciplinary team.
- Use resources such as Up To Date and RubiconMD, free of charge, to support clinical decision making.
- Document patient encounters in the electronic health record and engage in regular provider meetings, such as journal clubs and grand rounds.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives that measure health outcomes rather than patient volume.
- Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification (NP) or NCCPA board certification (PA).
- Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per state regulation.
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
- CPR/BLS certification required at the time of start date.
- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
- Full practice authority strongly preferred where applicable per state guidelines.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year for a schedule of 24 hours per week (offer may vary by location, experience, and skill level). Benefits are effective the first of the month following hire.
