Hourly Wage

$14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation may be paid as premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. Responsibilities include verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping our entrances safe and secure.
