ABOUT THE JOB

Domino’s Pizza seeks qualified drivers to staff stores in the area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including progression to management or franchise ownership.

• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Navigate the designated delivery area, read maps and locate addresses, including multi‑story buildings and private residences.
• Drive safely in varying weather and temperature conditions.
• Deliver pizza and promotional materials to customers’ doors within the assigned area.
• Operate delivery equipment, including hand trucks and dollies.
• Stock ingredients from delivery locations to store storage areas; prepare products as required.
• Conduct orientation and training on the job; follow safety and quality procedures.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Perform essential functions such as accurate math for orders and change, motor coordination for precise movements, and keyboard input of orders.

• Age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Strong navigation and map‑reading skills.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 pounds and to climb stairs.
• Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of working in hot, cold, and potentially noisy environments.

Exposure to varying weather; temperatures ranging from 36 °F to above 90 °F; fumes from food odors; cornmeal dust; cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers; hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F; sharp edges and moving parts.

• Standing, walking, and occasional climbing of five or more flights of stairs.
• Carrying: pizzas, beverages, and supplies up to 50 pounds; using hand trucks for bulk deliveries.
• Driving: deliver multiple pizzas per shift.
• Reaching, bending, stooping, and squatting as needed for stocking, cleaning, and food preparation.
• Eye‑hand coordination for precise movements, including handling of pizza dough, boxes, and cutting tools.
