Truck Driver Dedicated – Reefer

MAST is seeking a reliable and dedicated full-time Truck Driver for a refrigerated (reefer) driving position based out of West Lafayette, Tippecanoe County. If you have at least 6 months of driving experience and hold the proper commercial license, this is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent freight with strong earning potential and dependable home time.

In this dedicated role, you will be responsible for hauling refrigerated grocery freight within a 250-mile radius of Shelbyville, Indiana. Daily duties include safe vehicle operation, timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining required driving logs, and performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

As a company driver with MAST, you can expect the following compensation and benefits structure:

• Average annual earnings of $90,000
• Pay rate of $0.90 per mile
• $20 stop pay
• $35 per load or specific stop/task components as outlined
• Home weekly schedule
• 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
