FINANCIAL SERVICES ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

$30 | $35/hour

We’re hiring a Financial Services Onboarding Specialist to support financial advisors and their teams with onboarding, training, and operational support.

IMPORTANT:
This role requires approximately 65% travel throughout the U.S.

• Travel to advisor offices and provide in-person onboarding and training
• Train advisors and staff on onboarding processes and systems
• Assist with account setup, transfers, rollovers, and documentation
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Answer questions and troubleshoot operational issues
• Communicate with advisors and internal teams by phone and email
• Maintain accurate client records

• Approximately 2 years of experience in financial services or client onboarding
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 65%
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Professional, polished, and comfortable training others
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College degree preferred
• No certifications required
