Game Stop - 2901 Capitol Of Tx Hwy - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs; inform guests of promotions and promotions; apply selling behaviors during transactions; circulate to engage guests.;
Support the shopping environment, sales initiatives, and guest relationships to drive sales and loyalty.;
Promptly and accurately process guest purchases/returns using POS system; provide receipts and bag merchandise.;
Respond to guest comments or questions by phone or in person; escalate issues to Store Manager when needed.;
Promote Game Stop guest benefits (new title reservations, trade-in program, Pro Rewards) and assist in training store associates; provide feedback and ensure onboarding/training completion.
