CC Studio is a boutique fitness and wellness studio built around elevated service, supportive community, and high-quality client experiences. We are looking for a welcoming, reliable, and sales‑minded Front Desk Team Member to help create an exceptional first impression for every client who walks through our doors.
Position OverviewThe Front Desk Team Member supports daily studio operations, greets and assists clients, manages check‑ins, helps with membership and class sales, and maintains the studio environment.
Client Experience- Greet every client warmly and professionally as they enter and leave the studio.
- Create a welcoming, upbeat, and service-focused environment.
- Assist clients with questions about classes, memberships, packages, personal training, appointments, and studio policies.
- Build relationships with members and guests to help strengthen the CC Studio community.
- Ensure new clients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about their experience.
- Manage client check‑ins and appointment/class bookings.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Support scheduling, cancellations, waitlists, and basic account updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area.
- Help ensure the studio is tidy, stocked, and ready for clients throughout the day.
- Communicate clearly with trainers, instructors, managers, and other team members.
- Assist with membership, package, and retail sales.
- Confidently explain studio services, pricing, promotions, and membership options.
- Help convert inquiries and first‑time guests into clients or members.
- Support client retention by providing attentive service and follow‑up.
- Share studio promotions, upcoming events, and special offerings with clients.
- Arrive on time and be prepared for each shift.
- Follow studio systems, standards, and procedures.
- Support special events, community activations, and studio promotions as needed.
- Represent CC Studio with professionalism, positivity, and care.
- Look for ways to improve the client experience and daily operations.
- Previous front desk, hospitality, customer service, fitness studio, gym, spa, retail, or boutique service experience preferred.
- Sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional communication style.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
- Comfortable using scheduling, payment, email, and client management systems.
- Able to multitask while staying calm, warm, and attentive.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, hospitality, or community‑based service.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.
- Enjoy making people feel welcome and cared for.
- Are naturally attentive, organized, and proactive.
- Can confidently talk about services, memberships, and promotions.
- Show up on time and take pride in being dependable.
- Thrive in a fun, fast‑paced boutique studio environment.

This is a part‑time position with up to 30 hours per week available. Applicants should have availability for a mix of weekday, evening, and/or weekend shifts depending on studio needs.
Compensation & Perks- Pay range of $20.00 - $22.50 per hour, based on experience.
