$40-$50/hr + performance bonus

Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon

New grads encouraged to apply!

Vestibular training or experience is a strong plus

Orthopedic outpatient experience is a plus

Pelvic health interest is a plus

Self‑motivated clinician committed to quality patient care

Strong communication and teamwork skills
