Tanner Spring Assisted Living & Memory Care in Oregon is seeking a Care Partner to assist Memory Care residents with daily living activities and cognitive engagement. You will report incidents to the Health Services Director and participate in post-incident huddles when requested, while monitoring changes in residents’ health.
You will help with grooming, meals, mobility, and medications per care plans, maintain accurate records, and create a calm, structured environment to minimize confusion.
