The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, from initial bid submission to final installation and closeout. By managing critical business functions—including engineering, procurement, logistics, and commissioning—this role directly contributes to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial success.

The Direct Project Manager serves as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring that every project aligns with our strategic vision and meets the high standards of Tarkett Sports.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee project life cycles, including bid submission, production, installation, and closeout.
  • Ensure engineering designs progress from concept to construction.
  • Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and material forecasting.
  • Supervise commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, and final approvals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Owners, Contractors, Architects, and suppliers.
  • Ensure financial health by maintaining or improving project margins.
  • Lead Field Turf personnel development through performance metrics and training initiatives.
  • Uphold professionalism and compliance with the Tarkett Code of Ethics.
  • Directly supervise the Project Administrator.
  • Lead a department responsible for project execution and operational success.
  • Adhere to safety policies and report any concerns.
  • Support company goals through team collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
