Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, UM

An Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, UM is needed to support daily operations and coordination within the patient care services department. Reports to the Nurse Manager. Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient flow
- Support staff performance management
- Ensure quality and compliance standards
- Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Oregon Registered Nurse license
- Previous clinical nursing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities, including care coordination or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership, organizational, patient‑focused, and adaptability skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance
Annual salary range: $150,000 - $160,000. Base compensation will be based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
