Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. This is a per diem, variable position. The Hospital Supervisor is accountable for the provision of quality nursing services and coordination of the inter‑professional team in a hospital for a defined shift.

Lead nursing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high‑quality patient care and effective team coordination.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Oregon Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• At least 1 year of charge nurse or leadership experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.

• Competitive base pay range: $59.39 – $93.75 per hour.
