Plasterer
Location:
Malling
Rate: £24.53 per hour (Umbrella)
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering the Malling area.
Responsibilities- Internal plastering repairs and maintenance
- Responsive repairs
- Void property works
- Property MOT works
- Completing secondary trade tasks where required
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines and KPIs
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and workmanship
- Previous experience working as a Plasterer, ideally within social housing
- Experience with responsive repairs and void properties
- Ability to carry out works independently
- Full UK Driving Licence
Pay: £24.53 per hour (Umbrella)
