What You’ll Be Doing

• Servicing & Maintenance: Carrying out routine vehicle servicing, multi-point health checks, and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) across new and multi-brand used fleets.
• Core Mechanical Repairs: Handling all-round repairs including brakes, suspension components, steering setups, exhausts, and minor engine work.
• Diagnostic Upskilling: Learning to use modern diagnostic scan tools and scope equipment under senior technician guidance.
• Workshop Standards: Maintaining a clean, safe working bay, accurate job logs, and right-first-time standards.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or 1 to 3 years of hands-on workshop experience).
• Ambitious mindset with a strong work ethic and a clear drive to learn multi-brand platforms.
• Valid full UK driving licence
