Plan for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure standards, and monitoring safety, security, and profitability;

Meet targets during shifts and for assigned Departments, and assist with scheduling and training;
Oversee Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
