* Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in the Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will be the purchasing agent in support of procuring the highest quality of goods at the best possible rate.

* $18.00 - $24.00 / hour

** What will you do?*
* + Procuring goods and services for the operation of the facility

+ Developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior guest service by all team members

+ Ensure compliance with the internal controls regarding procurement procedures

+ Assist in the purchasing of operational goods and services and capital assets

+ Assist in reviewing all purchasing documents for completeness and accuracy

+ Vendor relations

+ Ensures the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures

+ Knowledge of all promotions and events

** More about you*
* + At least one year of purchasing experience

+ High school graduate or equivalent

+ Computer and Microsoft Office skills

+ Microsoft Office Skills should include the utilization of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables in Excel

+ Birchstreet software knowledge/experience is preferred

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
