- Responsible for the entire life cycle of a project from inception through closure.
- Ensure the project is delivered safely in accordance with budgetary, schedule-driven, and quality parameters.
- Conduct and document operational project meetings with appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements in alignment with project estimates.
- Manage the coordination of the project’s scope through the Building Information Management Department.
- Conduct monthly project cost reviews, keeping all project team members informed.
- Manage the project’s Accounts Receivables and Payables for timely billings and payments.
- Monitor status of Risk Management items including Notices to Proceed and contract agreements.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and/or project management, mechanical construction, or facilities management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, equipment, materials and methods, and financial management.
- Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
