Truck Service Advisor

• Act as a Truck Service Advisor (TSA), delivering first‑rate customer service with a deep knowledge of products and services.
• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and over‑the‑counter (OTC) transactions.
• Perform suggestive selling to help generate revenue and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Source parts from vendors, coordinate delivery, and prepare end‑of‑shift reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms.

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on exceeding customer expectations.
• Maintain extensive product and service knowledge and professional communication with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Use professional integrity to influence and close sales opportunities.
• Write and secure purchase orders, prepare quotes, and manage various payment types.
• Source parts, coordinate delivery, and manage inventory needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all customer areas and service counters.
• Support team safety and operational readiness.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience; repair or parts shop experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A valid driver’s license.
