Staff and maintain VIP Lounge and VIP check-in and update and enters member information into the database;
Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members;
Book hotel and restaurant reservations for guests upon request and RSVP VIP guests to various on and off property events;
Make comping decisions based on the guest's card level and level of play, and plan for casino comps and issuance of necessary paperwork;
Assist in the development and process of high-end player events
