Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will ensure the highest levels of service to our guests.

• Assist managers in training and development of the team
• Ensure work area is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
• Collaborate with managers concerning operational deficiencies

• No college degree required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospitality role
• Minimum of 1 year related supervisory experience required
• Exceptional organization and guest service abilities required
• 1 year of Alcohol, wine and Beer knowledge
• 6 months experience of creativity with mixed cocktail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
