Hotel Front Desk Agent

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and customer-service-focused full-time Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas.

$15.00 – $18.00 / hour

• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system
• Coordinate with housekeeping department as needed
• Cash handling and accountability; maintain accurate paperwork as it relates to front office operations
• Check and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts

• Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone
• Must be able to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors
• Previous customer service experience required
• No diploma required

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
