Delaware North Gaming is hiring an HR Specialist to support onboarding, leave administration, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and day-to-day HR operations at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 11:00 am–7:00 pm CST.
Minimum 3 years HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field are preferred. Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws, HRIS, and confidentiality is required.
