Receiving Lead, Southland Casino

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full‑time or part‑time Receiving Lead to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. In this role, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations within the warehouse and ensuring the success of the team.

$19.28 - $23.12 / hour

• Lead the commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling, and reporting any associate issues to the manager
• Ensure proper stock of products and maintain daily awareness of product needs, managing inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, and cycle counting
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
• Ensure the proper closing of the assigned area
• Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse

• No high school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of warehouse, food and beverage commissary, or related experience is required
• Previous experience with Excel or similar database, with basic math skills and management computer systems required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work cooperatively with others, and independently
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and give clear concise instructions

• Ability to pull, lift, move, and carry up to 165 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of shift
