Funeral Home Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dual‑licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a funeral home and cemetery location.

This is a working manager position
. You will lead staff, serve families, and remain actively involved in the work and community.

• Manage daily operations and personnel
• Meet with families and direct services with professionalism and care
• Oversee the condition and maintenance of the facility, vehicles, and equipment
• Handle reporting, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Represent the organization within the local community
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations

You will remain involved in removals, embalming, and services as needed.

• Dual licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
