• Lead the Front Line:

  Work closely with casino leadership and handle guest interactions with grace and charm.

• High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.
• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, valet, retail, or fast‑paced team environments.
• Strong organizational skills with a flair for scheduling and problem‑solving.
• Great communication skills and a team‑first mindset.

• Minimum of 3 years in a fast paced work environment, parking management preferred
• Experience managing a large workforce with a variety of roles and responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels
• Excellent interpersonal and excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Must be detailed oriented and able to make sound decisions withing assigned deadlines
• Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather conditions
• Must possess a valid drivers license at all times
• Must have at least 3 years driving history with a good driving record
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift)
• This is a 7 day operation and some days we provide service 24 hours
• Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as jog/run on a consistent basis
