Job Description Primary Responsibilities- Assigns work to the dock operators via the work queue and manage special projects not in order form. Initiates manual moves and conducts root cause analysis for shorts when cycle count indicates the issue originated in Replenishment. Verifies that all processes are followed and prioritized to satisfy the customer.
- Ensures operators are moving constantly, tracks moves per shift, and monitors the accuracy of moves. Conducts periodic safety checks and ensures work is carried out with safety in mind consistently.
- Troubleshoots inventory issues such as combining pallets, identifying pallets delaying orders, and expedites communication to move product to the correct location. Updates work processes as needed (CIP or BPS where applicable).
- Monitors aisle audits, cleaning standards, and aisle location cleanups through 6S responsibility sheets. Performs periodic floor checks to identify deficiencies and resolve them quickly. Responsible for all Reserve locations and aisles, and some pick areas based on how the team drops product.
- Ensures TPM and lift inspections are completed on PIT equipment. Writes work orders to assure PIT equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Communicates with Customer Service, Receiving, Quality, DSP, and other departments to expedite priority for product arriving to satisfy aged customer orders.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Bosch Production System (BPS) or similar lean manufacturing principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email applications is required. The role demands strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others. Candidates should demonstrate sound decision-making skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is essential, with previous leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required
- BPS (Bosch Production System) knowledge and experience
- Excel, Word, and Outlook familiarity
- Knowledgeable of order flow processes, as well as customer requirements; computers and powered equipment
- Active problem solver for both systems and processes related issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with all audiences; uphold the organization’s ethics and business values
- Team player and self-motivated
- Must be willing to work overtime when required

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is hourly $22.1180 - $26.3304. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, and job location.
