Production Supervisor

The Weekend 2nd Shift Production Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight for weekend manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production objectives are achieved while leading hourly teams in a continuous operation environment

• Supervise and lead hourly production employees
• Plan staffing and allocate labor
• Monitor attendance and productivity Safety, Quality & Compliance
• Enforce OSHA, GMP, and safety standards
• Ensure quality and operational standards are met Operations & Continuous Improvement
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams
• Complete production reports and shift handoffs
• Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives

All duties are performed in accordance with Sediver’s values, Code of Conduct, and Compliance Management System.

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Experience leading hourly production teams

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety systems
• Ability to work independently on weekend and overnight shifts
