, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products is seeking a Manufacturing Operation Specialist 1 to work at our West Memphis, AR plant.

The Manufacturing Operation Specialist will use forklift equipment to move heavy materials around the plant and provides assistance as requested.

• Operating a forklift to pick and transport heavy materials around the plant
• Accurately loads/unloads material from enclosed truck trailers
• Driving yard truck with attached semi-trailer including backing trailer up to dock bays
• Maintain forklifts by completing preventive maintenance.
• Reports any malfunctions, failures, or repairs to management
• Maintains quality products by following company policies and standards
• Maintains clean and safe working environment
• Inspects all product being shipped and received for defects to ensure quality standards are met
• Picks, packs, and ships materials
• Keep areas fully stocked to support production
• Provides assistance where necessary

• Forklift and warehouse experiencerequired
• Experience loading flatbed trailersrequired
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work effectively in team environment
• Ability to work overtime as needed
