Are you an energetic and well-organized RN Manager looking to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents? The Springs of Broadway, a wonderful facility, is seeking a dedicated individual to be a part of our exceptional team.

As the Unit Manager, you will take on responsibility for the nursing care of all residents across our units. Supervise licensed nurses and nursing personnel, ensuring the delivery of care aligns with each resident's comprehensive assessment and care plan. Manage units in accordance with facility philosophy, adhering to professional nursing standards and complying with State laws and regulations. Efficiently utilize resources to promote each resident's physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

On-call rotation is required.

• Licensed as an RN in the state of Arkansas
• Management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with staff and residents
