Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa is seeking a rock star retail sales person to join our growing team. Our organization is expanding quickly, with the number of locations nearly doubling over the past 12 months. Due to the rate we’re growing, we offer significant advancement opportunities. We want to provide all the tools necessary for our sales team to succeed and advance their careers!

- Execute sales process to meet monthly goals
- Create a pampering experience for our customers
- Answer phones and book appointments
- Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance
- Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Track record of retail sales experience is preferred
- Desire to be in a sales position
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease while focusing on the guest

- Base pay $17/hour plus commissions – top performers earn $23–$25/hour
- Ability to have a raise after first 90 days and quarterly based on performance
- Performance-based incentives – up to $50 per membership
- All expenses paid trip to Las Vegas or Mexico (top performers)
