As a Surveillance Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the protection and safety of the property, guests, and team members through effective use of facility‑wide surveillance systems. What will you do?- Train new team members and ensure all policies and procedures are understood and followed
- Monitor all areas of the property, including but not limited to gaming and cage activity, food and beverage activity, and security of the facility
- Make written reports and logs on any observed violations and illegal activity in a timely manner
- Ensure that all cameras and computer systems are operational at all times
- Ensures that all state racing and gaming regulations and policies are followed
- Comply with confidentiality regulations regarding all surveillance information, including camera coverage, investigations, and proprietary material
- Minimum of 2 years of casino surveillance experience as an agent or operator in a surveillance monitoring environment; prior gaming or law enforcement experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of table games with demonstrated ability to identify advantage play, collusion, and cheating activities at gaming tables
- Proficiency in using multiple systems and programs to research and investigate table games, slot systems, food and beverage transactions, license plate recognition data, guest identification, and surveillance analytics
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses
- Proficient computer skills, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, database usage, and recordkeeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
