Delaware North - - Responsibilities:
Patrol casino floor and respond to potential disturbances or encounters which could become violent;
Mitigate disputes between customers or customers and team member by using deescalation techniques;
Respond to incidents throughout the casino and parking lot that fall within the officers response criteria;
Engage in regular training exercises and conduct training scenarios with other security staff to promote awareness of the techniques;
Complete detailed reports for incidents in a correct, concise, and timely manner
