Position: Security Officer Driver Badge Issuance in West Memphis, AR

You will serve and safeguard clients across industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. In this driving post, you will help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and conduct routine patrols to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication in a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor screening, credential verification, and entry/exit monitoring at the location.
• Monitor doors, gates, checkpoints, and authorized access points to support security-related policies for employees, contractors, deliveries, and guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and access records related to arrivals, departures, deliveries, and unusual activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and access points, with working environments that may vary by location.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
