Rich Smith Management in West Memphis, Arkansas is seeking a Full-time Service Technician to maintain our apartment community to high standards. You will respond to service requests, perform pool care, landscaping, grounds maintenance and daily preventive maintenance, reporting to the Community Manager.
The ideal candidate will hold EPA or HVAC certification, have at least 2 years of related experience, own tools, and be available for on-call maintenance.
